LOBSTER HOW-TO

How to eat the whole thing

First time ordering the whole dinner! Here's the order ot operations. Take vour time - the tide. Isn't going anywnere.

  1. 1

    Claws Fist

Twist them off and crack them open. The knuckle meat next door is the sweetest bite in the whole lobster.

  2. 2

    Take the tail.

Twist it away from the body and snap off the little flippers at the end.

  3. 3

    Push, don't dig.

Push the tail meat out in one piece with your fork. Thumb also works. Nobody's judging.

  4. 4

    Don't skip the legs.

Bite down gently and squeeze the meat out like a straw. This is where the locals live.
